Keep Fit Class
Wynne runs a general fitness class tailored to but not limited to the older generation, promoting fitness for living. This class aims to improve strength, flexibility, cardio health and balance.
If you are interested in joining in we welcome new members. If you would prefer to come along and watch a class first to see if it suits your needs please feel free to do so.
Classes are held every Wednesday at 10am and last for 1 hour.
